You've been through carriers that promise everything on a job board and deliver half of it on the road. We took a different approach — publish the numbers, run the equipment we advertise, and let the work speak. Here's exactly what you're getting.
Pay & Earnings

Truck Driver Pay Per Mile — No Games, Just Numbers.

Our pay per mile structure is simple. Every driver starts in START group at $0.65 CPM. Do the work, communicate, drive safe — you move to PRO group at $0.70 CPM. Fall short — you move down to GROUND group. It goes both ways. No politics. No favorites. Just performance.

GROUND
$0.60 CPM

Recurring reliability or communication issues. You won't stay here long — either way.

START
$0.65 CPM

Starting point for every new driver. Prove yourself and move up.

PRO
$0.70 CPM

Reliable. Safe. Professional communication. This is where you want to be.

Equipment

Late-Model Equipment

  • Freightliner Cascadia 2022–2026: Automatic transmission. APU installed — heat and AC without idling. Governed 67–70 mph.
  • 53ft Dry Van Trailers: Brand new

We run only Freightliner and International — the two most serviced truck brands in America. There's a dealer or shop every 20 to 30 miles. When something breaks, you're not waiting a week for parts like you would with a Volvo or Peterbilt. Our breakdown rate is roughly one incident per week across the entire fleet of 60+ trucks — and most of those are resolved same-day. Truck goes home with you when possible.

Minimum 4 weeks out. This position is designed for drivers who are comfortable with longer OTR runs and want to maximize miles. If you need home weekly — this isn't the right fit. We'd rather be honest now than waste your time later.

What Drivers Say About Working at ProX

Aaron says...
"Four months in and I'm already trying to get my cousin on as a team driver — that says it all. What's different here is the acceptance and support. The routine is simple: wake up, inspect, drive, sleep. But the people behind you make the difference."
Aaron Tietge
Driver at ProX
Thaddeus says...
"I came to ProX for better pay and a quality team — seven months later, both have held up. I'm running 3,000 to 3,500 miles a week and the team takes care of you. Dispatch tries to keep you happy and they put themselves in the driver's shoes. I'd recommend ProX — they care about their drivers as much as themselves."
Thaddeus Roy
Driver at ProX
Alphonza says...
"I have always disliked working for companies where employees are treated impersonally. However, Pro Express is different. They maintain effective communication, clearly outline job expectations, utilize excellent equipment, and have a skilled team with efficient dispatch services. Glad to be part of the team."
Alphonza Brice
Driver at ProX
Julian says...
"I chose ProX because of their clean safety record and a friend's recommendation — and three months in, I'm glad I did. The staff treats me like family, not just another driver, and dispatch keeps me moving with consistent loads. I'd definitely recommend ProX — they're reliable, responsive, and easy to talk to."
